The recruitment process

An efficient and collaborative recruitment process, aligned with the aspirations and skills of candidates.

You are pre-selected

After submitting your application online, your profile is selected because it corresponds to the skills required. You are then contacted by the Human Resources Department for a pre-selection telephone interview.

You pass technical tests

Expertise being a strong value at Aqsone, you take theoretical and practical tests to assess your skills in Data Science. These tests are carried out remotely and do not require prior preparation.

You are invited to an initial interview

Your tests are checked by an Aqsone Data Scientist, your skills are validated, we invite you to a face-to-face interview to get to know you better and introduce you to Aqsone. This interview is carried out in person at one of our agencies.

You're joining Aqsone

You are welcomed by all employees during a welcome breakfast, by the HR department, your sponsor and your manager when you join Aqsone.
